The Gargaar Relief Development Organization (GREDO) is a national, non-profit humanitarian and development group founded in December 1992 by a network of Somali intellectuals and community members. Headquartered in Baidoa, Somalia, with multiple sub-offices across the southern states, the organization was created to address severe local needs during times of deep crisis. Over its three-decade history, GREDO has grown into a major frontline actor operating across more than 20 districts.
